These vintage trinket boxes are from a famous jewellery store in Cremona, Italy. 

Made with timber and sterling silver and marked with Pellegrini 925 Hallmark. 

Each year the store release new designs of this box with the silver plate on top. Dated around 1960-70s

Imported from Italy, they are limited edition with only one available.
