This is a one of a kind piece of wearable art made for the Five and Diamond Ninth Annual Headgear Art Show and shown on June 18, 2021.

Inspired by the beautiful hoard of bits and baubles I’ve collected over the past 15 years.

MATERIALS USED

Antique assuit fabric, brass hardware, tassels from Pakistan, buttons from northern India, Swarovski faceted beads, antique celluloid sequins, antique prong set rhinestones.

WEARING INSTRUCTIONS

You can hold it by the button bands just be careful with the gold, spikey sequins as they are antique celluloid and can be brittle. .
